Ruby-red in colour with purple hints. It has an intense and rich aroma with clear fruity notes (ripe cherry) and a spicy and balsamic finish. The woody note is pleasant and balanced. In the mouth is a very silky and pleasant wine characterised by soft tannins.
After destemming, maceration occurs for 12 days at the controlled temperature of 28°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel vats.
6 months in steel vats, 6 months in 80 hectoliter oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Analytical data in bottled wine.
