Crisp & lively ruby-red with purple hues, this wine delivers spicy and flowery notes. Typical and well-balanced taste, with a good structure, finishing with a quite persistent and pleasant aftertaste. Easy to drink.
Vinification and Refinement
Grapes are hand-picked during the first week of October. Destemming and maceration at controlled temperature (28° C) for 10 to 12 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks for at least 8 months. Wine assemblage in steel vats. Clarification, if needed, is carried out using egg white. Wine is widely filtered before bottling as to prevent all its intrinsic characteristics to be altered. Natural stabilization may give way to the creation of little sediments on the bottom of the bottle during the ageing process .
